To send and receive Stellar tokens, you must first add a trust line for the specific asset. The following instructions enable Stellar token support in your wallet.
Prerequisites
Your wallet must hold XLM.
A Stellar account requires a minimum XLM balance to remain active.
Creating a trust line requires at least 0.5 XLM per trust line.
More details can be found in the article Minimum balance requirements for Stellar asset wallets.
Instructions
Open the wallet where you want to add a Stellar token.
Search for Stellar. and click Stellar Management.
This opens the Stellar Management page so you can Set the trustline.
Click Change Trustline to display the dialog to select a token.
If you select "Existing Asset", click in the Asset field and select a token already imported.
If you want a "New Asset", add a custom token of your choice.
When adding a custom token, make sure to use the following format:
[SYMBOL]-[ISSUER_ADDRESS]
For example, for the token AQUA:
AQUA-GBNZILSTVQZ4R7IKQDGHYGY2QXL5QOFJYQMXPKWRRM5PAV7Y4M67AQUA
You can copy the issuer address directly from a Stellar blockchain explorer.
You can optionally define a trust line limit. Set a maximum amount for the trust line. If no limit is set, the trust line will be unlimited.
Once the trust line is added, a transaction is created automatically.
Go to the Transactions page to review the details and sign the transaction using your mobile app.
After the transaction is confirmed on-chain, your wallet is able to send and receive the selected Stellar token.
Make sure you open Trustlines for assets before you withdraw them from Exchanges.
