Once you've selected your compliance vendor, follow these steps.
Sign up with the compliance vendor, and copy your API key. For Elliptic, you also need the secret key.
Go to Vault Settings and click Compliance under Governance.
Click Add Vendor to connect Utila to a selected AML / KYT vendor.
If you are changing your compliance vendor, you first need to disconnect the current vendor. Click the Trash icon at the top right and confirm the delete. The connection changes are subject to admin quorum approval
Paste the previously copied API key. For Elliptic, also paste the secret key.
Select how to determine the vendor's user ID. It can be based on the wallet signing the transaction or a set value.
Click Connect to connect to the compliance vendor using the default settings. For Chainalysis and Elliptic, you can edit these in Configure screening conditions.
By default, all outgoing transfers and incoming deposits are sent to the selected vendor for screening.
