External wallets are address book entries, and Utila tracks their balances. This enables customers to manage their entire digital asset wallet portfolio using Utila, even if some of the wallets are not Utila MPC wallets. External wallets are marked as such in the Wallets page.
When you add the wallet address to the address book, make sure to turn on Track Address. This instructs Utila to track the tokens and balances at this address, and you display the wallet in the Wallets page.
You can instruct Utila to track this wallet address at any time. Go to the Address book, click the 3-dot action menu and select Track.
To stop tracking a wallet address, in either the Wallets page or the Address book, click the 3-dot action menu and select Untrack.
